AGE 1.5 - 2.5 (9AM - 9.45AM)
AGE 2.5 - 4 (10AM-10.45AM)

Each week will focus on a particular fitness component and sport - sessions will be built on fun, creating new experiences and building the correct foundations for their physical development. We will also provide the chance for children to improve their vocabulary.
Example of a 6 week programme (subject to change):
Week 1 - REACTIONS - TENNIS/PICKLEBALL
Week 2 - CO-ORDINATION - NETBALL/LACROSSE
Week 3 - SPEED - FOOTBALL/TAG RUGBY
Week 4 - AGILITY - DANCE/GYMNASTICS
Week 5 - BALANCE - HOCKEY/HANDBALL
Week 6 - RUNNING, JUMPING, THROWING - ATHLETICS
Parents are expected to accompany their child for the duration of each session
