Active Multi-Sports
A different sport every session and based around match play. Giving children the chance to experience new activities and naturally develop a wide range of   skills. Sessions include small-sided games and mini tournaments, all focused on staying active and enjoying the challenge of trying something new

Multi-Sport Coaching
Structured coaching sessions introducing a new sport each week. Innovative training sessions that aim extract the key movement and skill competencies from the widest range of sports. Designed to help children be more athletic and build transferable, adaptable skills for future sporting success.

Sport-Specific Coaching
We deliver structured coaching programmes in three major sports: Rugby, Football and Cricket. Each programme follows a progressive session plan, developing technical, tactical and physical aspects of the game to create confident, well-rounded players

Athletic Development

Sessions that focus on building well rounded athletes who have the foundations for sporting success. Working on components such as speed, balance, co-ordination, reactions, stamina, muscular endurance and power. These sessions are structured in a way that is child friendly and designed through game play
